Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign Iliman Ndiaye from Everton.

David Ornstein has reported for The Athletic that Manchester City and Everton are close to reaching an agreement that will see Iliman Ndiaye become a City player. Ornstein reports that City and Everton are in the process of finalising a total package worth £65 million for the Senegalese winger.
