The starting lineups are in ahead of Manchester City’s clash with Tottenham

Manchester City and Tottenham have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of tonight’s Carabao Cup fourth-round tie at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s side will be aiming to book their ticket in the next round of the competition. Although the Carabao Cup isn’t high on the list of priorities for Manchester City. Getting through the game with no injuries and a good performance appears to be City’s goal tonight. Ange Postecoglou’s side will be looking to bounce back after their disappointing defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend.

Pep Guardiola will once again field a lineup without a host of key players. Rodri, Oscar Bobb, Kevin De Bruyne, Kyle Walker, Jeremy Doku and Jack Grealish are all likely to miss tonight’s match. It will also be interesting to see if players such as Erling Haaland or Bernardo Silva are risked for tonight’s match. Given the tough fixture list Manchester City faces over the next week it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a host of key players rested.
