It is a blow for the world champions to lose Savinho for today’s match. The Brazilian has made a bright start to his Manchester City career. He looks to have added another dynamic element to City’s attack. But his strong start to life at City has come to a halt with a knee injury. It remains to be seen if the new injury concern is a recurrence of the injury he suffered at Stamford Bridge.
