While there was a host of key players for Manchester City that returned to training today there are several key players who won’t return to training just yet. Players such as Rodri, Phil Foden, Kyle Walker, Julian Alvarez and John Stones will now have time off following their national team duties. Other players such as Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias, Josko Gvardiol and others will all return in the coming weeks after their country’s early exits at the European Championships.
The hard work for the 24/25 season has begun today for the champions. After a busy summer of internationals, the 24/25 season is now coming into view. It’s an exciting time given that Pep Guardiola’s side will be chasing even more history next season.
