With ten games to go in the Premier League Manchester City find themselves in a familiar position

As the Premier League title race heats up Manchester City find themselves in a familiar position. This season’s title race appears to be a three-way battle between Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. The world champions however find themselves having to walk down a road they have travelled many times before if they are to claim a fourth consecutive Premier League title.

With one point separating first and third on the league table, an enthralling finale to the 23/24 Premier League season awaits. Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City are all capable of taking out this season’s title. They all have their own motivations as they seek to come out on top of a potentially epic conclusion to the Premier League season.

The road ahead is one Pep Guardiola’s side knows well. They will have to be near perfect on the run home to secure a fourth consecutive Premier League crown. When the pressure rises in a title race it has often seen Manchester City at their best. They will be hoping history repeats in this season’s race of three as they bid to create history.

Speaking after their 1-all draw Rodri told the media that his team will go for it in a bid to create history. City’s midfield general knows they will have to be perfect on the run home to clinch the Premier League. He said: “It seems you have to win nine or 10 games to win this Premier League. This is the challenge and we are going to go for it.”

Manchester City find themselves in a familiar position in this season’s title race. If they can draw on their experience and rise to the challenge they could claim their place in history in two months time.
