They further report that PSG manager Luis Enrique has made the Manchester City star one of his priority transfer targets. Furthermore, Fichajes reports that Enrique has given his club the green light to pursue a deal for Bernardo Silva. Included in Fichajes report is that PSG are confident they can reach an agreement on personal terms with the Portuguese international.
