Starting lineups announced ahead of Manchester City vs Young Boys at the Etihad

Manchester City and Young Boys have named their starting lineups ahead of tonight’s clash at the Etihad. The game could see Pep Guardiola’s side seal progression from Group G to the knockout stages of the Champions League with a win over the Swiss champions. For Young Boys, they’ll be looking to give themselves a chance of staying in the hunt in the group given they only have one point after 3 games.

For Manchester City Pep Guardiola has made 6 changes to the side that beat Bournemouth 6-1 on the weekend. In comes Ruben Dias, Josko Gvardiol, Rico Lewis, Matheus Nunes, Phil Foden and Jack Grealish. Nathan Ake, Kyle Walker, Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Jeremy Doku and Julian Alvarez are all on the bench as the City boss rotates his squad. Erling Haaland starts after being substituted at half-time of the Bournemouth win with an ankle injury.
