Starting lineups confirmed ahead of Manchester City’s clash with Bournemouth

The starting lineups have been confirmed for Manchester City’s clash with Bournemouth. City face the Cherries at the Etihad Stadium as they seek a third consecutive Premier League win. City have beaten Brighton and Manchester United and now have their sights set on the Cherries. For Bournemouth, they secured their first win of the Premier League last weekend over Burnley. They did howe lose midweek to Liverpool in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup 2-1. The starting lineups are as follows:

Manchester City

Pep Guardiola has made four changes to the starting eleven that beat Manchester United 3-nil at Old Trafford. In comes Mateo Kovacic, Jeremy Doku, Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji. Out goes Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Ruben Dias and Josko Gvardiol.

Starting lineup: Ederson, Kyle Walker, John Stones, Manuel Akanji, Nathan Ake, Rodri, Mateo Kovacic, Bernardo Silva, Jeremy Doku, Julian Alvarez, Erling Haaland.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has made one change to the lineup that beat Burnley last weekend. Milos Kerkez replaces Antoine Semenyo in the starting lineup.
