Pep Guardiola has spoken with the media prior to Manchester City’s clash with Wolves.
The City boss gave an update on Bernardo Silva’s injury. Guardiola said he would be out of this weekend’s clash. Bernardo Silva will miss out along with Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones and the suspended Rodri.
Guardiola was also thrilled with the competition amongst the Manchester City squad for positions on the wings. With Jeremy Doku hitting the ground running since arriving at the club, it has created a healthy competition for spots out wide.
The City boss also expressed his delight at how the new signings had settled into life at the Etihad. Each of City’s new signings has shown plenty so far since joining the club.
