Walker joined Pep Guardiola during Manchester City’s press conference ahead of the Champions League return.
The Blues host Red Star Belgrade on Tuesday at the Etihad, for the first time as European Champions.
During the press conference, Walker was open and honest in his responses to questioning.
Following his confirming of the new leadership team for the squad, he spoke of his contract extension.
He indicated that his had never intended to leave the club:
