Sami Mokbel of the Daily Mail broke the news that the English FA have Pep down as their dream target. Any move for the City boss would be dependent on Gareth Southgate’s future following next year’s European Championships.
It would be a dream appointment for England fans if they could land Guardiola. The thought of Pep managing Phil Foden, Jude Bellingham and many others is a tantalizing one for English fans.
As it stands it’s only a dream for English fans, with Pep Guardiola currently contracted at the treble winners until the end of the 24/25 season.
