It was announced earlier today that the Blues have reached a verbal agreement with Wolves over Nunes.
However, City are now in talks with Chelsea as they hope to sign Cole Palmer.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed earlier that a fee for Nunes has been agreed, and that Tommy Doyle will head over to Wolves.

He later confirmed that Chelsea and City have agreed a deal for Palmer. And he has booked his medical.
