Manchester City submitted a bid to Wolves for midfielder Matheus Nunes earlier today.
A proposal from the Blues is thought to be around €50m.
Transfer Specialist Fabrizio Romano confirmed the rumour and claims Nunes and City have agreed personal terms.

However, this is an opening bid and negotiations are likely continue. With the transfer window deadline fast approaching, the Blues must move quickly.
Manchester City will bring in a midfielder this summer. Nunes is the priority right now, undoubtedly.
City have been interested in Nunes before, and it was a surprise to see him join Wolves. Should City get their man, this will be another solid signing for this summer.
Moreover, he will be needed if City are to loan Kalvin Phillips out as suggested by Journalist Alan Nixon.
