Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has reported that Bernardo Silva has signed his new deal with Manchester City. Romano broke the news a week ago that the midfielder had verbally agreed on a new deal with City.

James Ducker of the Telegraph also reports on Bernardo signing a contract extension. In addition, he adds that the announcement of the extension will happen very soon.

The contract extension is great news for the European champions. It had long been reported that Bernardo had wanted to leave the Etihad. It had previously been reported that Barcelona, PSG, and Saudi club Al Hilal had an interest in his services.
