Following their UEFA Super Cup victory, the Blues lined up to collect their medals before lifting their latest trophy. Their victory came after a dramatic defeat over Sevilla.
Upon his medal collection, Grealish stopped to make conversation with a young girl with a visual impairment.
He held up the queue to talk to the youngster in a wholesome exchange.
This has warmed the even the coldest of hearts. And fans flocked to social media to heap praise on the England national.
