The youngster was given an opportunity to impress during pre-season, but the Blues are open to a loan deal.
Despite spritely performances during City’s pre-season tour of Asia, Maximo Perrone will not get significant game time.
The Blues are short in midfielders and the squad is the smallest it has been under Pep Guardiola. However, the club are set to bring in new blood in addition to Gvardiol and Kovacic.
While Fabrizio Romano continues to update on City’s ongoing negotiations for Paqueta and Doku. It does not bode well for Perrone’s integration into the first team.

Manchester City are open to a loan deal for the Argentine, Romano reports. Meanwhile, Las Palmas are insistent on Perrone, and they have made contact with Manchester City.
A stint in La Liga could give him the competitive game time he needs to develop. Given that a loan would see him back next summer, he could develop into a City first team player.
