The long running saga of will Bernardo Silva stay or leave Manchester City appears over. Reports indicate that the Portuguese midfielder has committed to a new deal with the treble winners.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that City’s key man will sign a contract extension with the champions until June 2026. Romano adds that Bernardo has informed Manchester City of his decision to stay at the club. He further reports that it is expected that the midfielder will put pen to paper by the end of next week.

Romano’s report follows the news reported earlier this week from Duncan Castles and Alexis Bernard that Bernardo had agreed a new deal with the European champions.
After month of speculation, reports indicate that Bernardo Silva has finally ended it. After long-term interest from Barcelona, and more recent interest from PSG and Al-Hilal, City’s Portuguese talisman has spurnes their advances. The new contract will confirm that Manchester City will retain their star man.
