As news breaks of Al Nassr getting close to a deal for Aymeric Laporte, it seems a decision on his future is imminent. The Spanish defender saw his playing time reduced last season for Pep Guardiola’s squad. With the arrival of Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig there will be increased competition for positions in defense.
Laporte’s potential move to the Gulf state is another story to watch for as the transfer window closes and City finalise their squad for the 23/24 season.
