The first half ended 0-0 as Manchester City started brightly before Arsenal grew in confidence and started to enjoy good spells of their own.
However, despite a rowdy first 45 the second half saw all the goal action. Manchester City took the lead through Cole Palmer in the 76th minute.
There was eight minutes of additional time until there was an injury which saw the game come to a holt following a clash of heads between Walker and Partey.
The game went on and Arsenal got the equaliser through a Trossard deflected shot just moments before the final whistle.

Arsenal went on to win the penalty shootout 4-1 after De Bruyne missed the first penalty. Bernardo took his like a pro which was followed by a miss from.
