The Blues face Bayern Munich in a pre-season friendly today during their tour of Asia.
The boss has made four changes from the starting line up during the clash with Yokohama.
Here is Guardiola’s line-up for today:
Ederson
City’s number (3)1 returns to the starting line-up and will start ahead of Ortega today. It will be his first appearance for the Blues since his Champions League heroics.
Walker (C)
Despite rumours earlier in the week that he would be expelled from the squad due to links of a move to the opposition, he starts.
Stones
The central defender/midfielder was on the scoresheet during the previous friendly versus Yokohama, can he do it again?
Dias
A return for the Dias and Stones partnership. One that looked to be the first choice on Sunday.
Ake
With rumours of his contract extension, Guardiola has illustrated his importance to the squad.
Lewis
Rico Lewis had a mixed performance during his last appearance and will hope to settle into the game quickly today.
Kovacic
The new signing looked as though he had played for the Blues before on Sunday. To start for a second time in a row may indicate his importance to the squad for the upcoming season.
Rumour has it, he will stay beyond this summer. Following a short appearance on Sunday, we could see him play the full half this time around.
McAtee
With glimpses of strength and skill during the game versus the Japanese champions, the youngster has the chance to prove himself to Guardiola.
Grealish
A little rusty on Sunday, however he played such a crucial role during the treble winning season it is not surprising. These minutes will allow him to recover match fitness.
Alvarez
Our bull in a China shop. Will he get on the scoresheet today?
Subs: Ortega, Carson, Phillips, Laporte, Akanji, Gomez, Cancelo, Rodri, De Bruyne, Perrone, Foden, Bobb, Palmer.
