Manchester City have told clubs that Oscar Bobb is not for sale

Oscar Bobb made his debut for Manchester City’s first team yesterday during their pre-season game versus Yokohama.

The Japanese champions are no pushovers, however Bobb impressed with his confidence.

While certainly young, he plays with a slight maturity. Given that he has spent his whole career with City, he has made 114 appearances across the U21’s and U18’s. During these appearances he has scored 31 goals, and bagged 33 assists.

He has impressed Guardiola so much so, that he has been invited on Manchester City’s pre-season tour of Asia. Where he went on to feature in his first senior debut – and he did not look out of place.

Linking up well with ostracised fullback Joao Cancelo, creating chances and causing panic in the opposition box.

According to latest reports from Journalist, Arilas Ould-Saada, Brighton is amongst various clubs that have shown interest in the 20-year-old.

Writing for TV 2 Sport, he claims that a number of clubs have enquired about the player to be rejected without hesitation.

Should Manchester City keep hold of the youngster, he could prove to be vital as their only typical winger is set to exit this summer.
