Issa Kaboré is set to join Luton Town on a season-long loan ahead of their Premier League debut.
The Manchester City youngster has spent previous seasons on loan. Following loans to KV Mechelen, he spent a season at Troyes before joining Marseille.
At 22-years-old the right-back has been unable to break into City’s first team. However, it now looks as though he will make his Premier League debut with another club.
Luton Town have been promoted to the Premier League following an impressive 22/23 Championship campaign.
They faced Coventry City during the play-off final at Wembley Stadium. Luton Town won in an emphatic penalty shootout.
Football Reporter Mike McGrath reports that the fullback will join his new club in Slovenia for pre-season training.

The deal is not complete. Though there is an agreement “in principle” McGrath claims.
The Blues have seen many youth players exit this summer, with more on the way out.
