PSG have had their opening bid for Bernardo Silva rejected by Manchester City.
Duncan Castles of the Daily Record is reporting that the champions have rejected the French giants first bid for their star man.

City are keen to retain the services of one of their most important players. The City boss Pep Guardiola has previously spoken of how important Bernardo is to his plans. Pep has previously called the Portuguese midfielder one of the best players he’s trained in his life.

PSG face competition from Barcelona and Al-Hilal for Bernardo’s services. All three clubs have made the City midfielder their prime target this window.
Despite interest in their star man, City are keen to keep Bernardo at the club. A fresh contract offer has been reported by Ryan Walker of the Daily Mail. Silva has two years left on his current deal with the champions.
