Breaking: Kyle Walker agrees deal with Bayern Munich

In breaking news, Kyle Walker has reportedly agreed a deal with Bayern Munich.

Nathan Gissing of gianlucadimarzio.com has reported that the City full-back has agreed on a deal with the German champions.

Gissing adds to his report that the England international has agreed a deal until 2025 with the option of a further year with Bayern Munich.

A transfer fee between the two clubs is yet to be agreed ahead of any move for one of City’s leaders.

The news of Walker agreeing to a move to Germany will come as a blow to Manchester City. The champions were keen to keep the fullback at the club and had offered him a new deal to stay at the Etihad as reported by Fabrizio Romano.

As it stands only Ilkay Gundogan has left the treble winners this transfer window. There are also reports of possible exits for Riyad Mahrez, Bernardo Silva, Aymeric Laporte and Joao Cancelo this summer.

With reports of Kyle Walker agreeing a deal with the German giant, another leader of Manchester City’s era of success seems poised to leave the club following last season’s historic treble.
