Kian Breckin goes out on loan to Wycombe Wanderers

Manchester City youngster Kian Breckin has sealed a loan move to Wycombe Wanderers.

The highly rated City midfielder will move to the League One outfit on a season-long loan as announced by Wycombe Wanderers on their official website.

City’s young attacking midfielder is highly regarded at Manchester City. He joined the club in 2015 and has risen through the Manchester City academy set up.

Breckin would become a key part of the City Under 18 academy side when he debuted with the Under 18’s. He was part of the squad that won back-to-back Under-18 Premier League titles in seasons 20/21 and 21/22. The City youngster made 43 appearances and scored 6 goals and contributed 5 assists for the City under-18 side.

He progressed to the City EDS side for season 22/23. and was an important part of the side that clinched a third consecutive Premier League 2 title. Breckin featured 28 times, scoring 8 goals and providing 4 assists in all competitions.

Breckin’s loan move to Wycombe will give the youngster his first chance at senior football. A step into League One and the lower tier of English football could provide a good platform for Kian Breckin to launch his promising career.
