Al-Hilal and PSG are preparing to make their moves to secure Bernardo Silva from Manchester City.
James Benge of CBS Sports reports that the Saudi club have prepared a €220 million package for City’s Portuguese playmaker.

He further reports that Al-Hilal are confident of securing the services of City’s midfield maestro. The fact they have formalized their interest in City suggests that they believe they can sign the player.
It’s also reported by Benge that the City midfield man has been considering the Saudi club’s offer for the past month.
Meanwhile, Jose Felix Diaz of Marca reports that PSG are preparing a bid for Bernardo’s services. Diaz adds that the French champions are preparing a €80 million bid for one of City’s key players.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the French champions have made the City midfielder their top transfer target this transfer window.
