Manchester City reportedly set price for Aymeric Laporte

Manchester City have reportedly set their price for Aymeric Laporte.

Giuseppe Giannino of Sky Sports Italia, via Tutto Juve, reports that Manchester City would demand a €30 million fee for the Spanish defender.  It’s also reported that Juventus feel that the fee is negotiable with City.

Harry Watkinson of Teamtalk reports that Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in the City defender.

With Laporte falling down the pecking order at Manchester City last season, a move appears on the cards for the City defender.

Laporte has made 179 appearances during his time at City. He has won 5 Premier League titles, 3 Carabao Cups, 2 FA Cups and was part of City’s maiden UEFA Champions League title squad.

He also played through a knee injury to help City clinch the 21/22 Premier League title. Without his heroic efforts playing injured, City may not have secured the league title that year.

During the Premier League title celebrations after Manchester City beat Chelsea 1-nil, Laporte was pictured in tears during the celebrations

It may have been a hint of Laporte’s time with the Champions coming to an end.
