Premier League clubs eye deal for Taylor Harwood-Bellis

Multiple Premier League clubs reportedly have their eye on a deal for Manchester City youngster Taylor Harwood-Bellis.

Harwood-Bellis was a key player in defence for Burnley last season. Vincent Kompany’s men clinched promotion from the Championship to the Premier League in scintillating fashion.

Teamtalk report that Burnley isn’t the only club interested in the City defender. It is claimed that Burnley will face competition from Brighton, Wolves, Everton and Fulham for his services.

As the race for the young defender heats up, there is no shortage of Premier League suitors for the City youngster.

Journalist Alan Nixon reported on his exclusive Patreon channel that Manchester City would want £15 million for the young defender.

Harwood-Bellis appears ready to make the next step in his career to the Premier League after shining on loan the past two seasons.

He made 35 appearances for Kompany’s men last season. Before that, he had loan spells at Anderlecht and Stoke City during the 21/22 season.

City’s young defender is currently shining for the England Under 21 squad at the Under 21 European Championship. He has been a key part of the defence as England have progressed to the semi-final of the competition. England’s defence is yet to concede in their semi-final run.

Those performances, coupled with the development in Harwood-Bellis’ game after successful loan spells, have the City youngster poised for a move to another Premier League club.
