Rob Dawson for ESPN also reports that Manchester City aren’t willing to match or better the Arsenal offer.
Man City not willing to match or better Arsenal’s bid of £100m plus £5m for Declan Rice so, as things stand, they’re out of the race. Feeling is that they had a valuation in mind and it’s already gone beyond that.

He also adds that City had a valuation set for the West Ham man, but the current price has gone beyond City’s valuation.
With Manchester City seemingly out of the race for Declan Rice, attention will now turn to who City may target next in midfield.
With the addition of Mateo Kovacic, Manchester City have a high quality replacement for departed captain Ilkay Gundogan.
It seems much will depend on Bernardo Silva’s future with the club. If Bernardo stays, City may go in with what they have next season.
If Bernardo Silva leaves, then Manchester City may enter the market for another midfielder.
Now the Declan Rice transfer seemingly over, eyes will turn to what Manchester City have planned next this transfer window.
