Bild report that Dortmund are interested in acquiring the services of Manchester City’s young winger.

Borussia Dortmund have a history of turning young prospects into the finished article.
Erling Haaland was bought by Manchester City from Dortmund after excelling at the German club. Haaland scored 86 goals in 89 appearances at Dortmund. He arrived at Dortmund from RB Salzburg. Haaland left Dortmund as one of the most coveted players in the game.
Jude Bellingham also comes to mind. The England midfielder moved to Dortmund from Birmingham City. He excelled at Dortmund. Bellingham’s development at Dortmund made him one of the most in demand players this transfer window. Real Madrid won the race for the Englishman’s signature.
A move to Borrusia Dortmund may be the best option for Palmer. Can Palmer follow in Haaland and Bellingham’s foot steps, and take the next step in his career?
The Bundesliga is one of Europe’s premier competitions, and could be the best path for Palmer to develop.
