Manchester City will play hard ball with PSG over any potential move the French Champions make for Bernardo Silva.
Fabrizio Romano reported over night that City will expect a sizable fee for the Portuguese midfielder.

Bernardo Silva is PSG’s top target this transfer window. That is still the case with Luis Enrique’s impending appointment at the French champions.
Saudi Arabian clubs have now been linked to a move for Bernardo as they flex their financial muscle this window.
A move to Saudi Arabia does seem highly unlikely for the Manchester City man.
Barcelona have long been linked for a move for Bernardo Silva. That also seems unlikely barring a change in Barcelona’s financial situation.
City’s little magician is currently contracted until 2025 . This gives Manchester City the power in any negotiations with PSG over the potential sale of Silva.
Plus the the importance of Bernardo to Pep Guardiola’s squad, and the roles Bernardo fill for Guardiola means any transfer fee from PSG will have to be substantial.
The annual saga of Bernardo staying at Manchester City or leaving seems to be heading to a conclusion this window.
