Just when we thought we couldn’t love Pep Guardiola more.
The Manchester City Head Coach has donated his six-figure bonus to City staff including receptionists and security staff.
Jack Gaughan for the Daily Mail reported that Guardiola shared his estimated £750,000 title winning bonus.
The hefty bonus was awarded following winning his third consecutive Premier League title.
Gaughan also notes that Guardiola is hugely “popular” around the home of the blues.
While City have continued to achieve success on the pitch, Pep Guardiola has always given credit to all staff.
Therefore, it comes as no surprise to hear that he has made such a gesture.
Despite no exact figure of Guardiola’s bonus for winning a Premier League title. One can only imagine the bonus for winning the Champions League title that evaded the blues for so long.
Winning the treble is a credit to the players, coaches, staff and fans. Who all came together as a unit to finish the season after the Premier League announced their allegations against the club.
I guess we can really call this one a team effort.
