The scenes post game and the past weeks celebrations were special. Jack Grealish in particular was a star of the proceedings, amongst others.
A massive celebration parade on Monday was one big party through Manchester. The scenes showed just how much the treble meant to City fans, players and staff.
A week on from Manchester City’s maiden UEFA Champions League title, it still hasn’t sunk in.
For so long Manchester City knocked on the door of Champions League success. At times it felt City would never break through and win the competition.
But Pep Guardiola’s men crashed through the final barrier last weekend. Rodri’s rocket securing City the title the club craved the most.

They say the journey is a lot more rewarding than arriving at the final destination.
There isn’t a more fitting description then that for Manchester City’s journey to winning the Champions League.
As a City fan the past week has been a blur. There isn’t a day that goes by there isn’t a reminder of Manchester City’s success.
It still hasn’t sunk in that Manchester City are champions of Europe. A week has past and the feelings of euphoria and relief from last weekend still reside.
At some point over the summer, it will truly sink in what Pep Guardiola and his men have achieved for Manchester City.
It’s a monumental achievement to win the Champions League. Especially with that crown added to the FA Cup and Premier League title securing a historic treble.
