Kyle Walker to head to Bayern Munich?

Will Kyle Walker head to Bayern Munich after Manchester City clinched the treble?

Sam Lee and the Athletic have reported that talks are progressing between Bayern Munich and Kyle Walker.

Talksport has also reported that Manchester City won’t stand in Kyle Walker’s way if he seeks a move to the Bundesliga champions.

Kyle Walker has one year left on his deal at Manchester City, and talk emerged this week of Walker leaving the Etihad.

He was left out of the starting line up in last weekend’s Champions League final against Inter Milan.

Pep Guardiola preferred the back four of Akanji, Dias, Stones and Ake against Inter Milan.

Walker was however outstanding against Real Madrid in the Champions League semi final. He did a superb job up against Vinicius Junior over the two legs.

If the England international does move abroad, he would leave as one of City’s best signings of the recent era.

With 5 Premier League titles, 4 Carabao Cups, 2 FA Cups and a Champions League title won in his time with Manchester City, Kyle Walker would’ve achieved all he dreamt of when he signed for Manchester City from Tottenham.
