Gareth Taylor interview after extending his contract at the club

Gareth Taylor has signed a contract extension to continue for a further season with the blues.

The Welsh national played for Manchester City from 1998-2001.

Following retirement he returned to City as a coach in 2011 and was promoted to Head Coach in 2017.

Gareth Taylor was appointed Head Coach of Manchester City Women after success at youth level.

Despite a less successful 22/23 season he has been rewarded with a new contract.

“This City team can reach the next level”, claims Taylor.
